Return & Exchange
If you would like to return your purchase Henry Bucks for any reason we will be pleased to offer the option of an exchange or credit note, providing that:
a) the item is unwashed, unworn and has not been altered in any way, and
b) the item is returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for in store purchases, or within 14 days of the item being delivered to you for online orders.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Henry Bucks customers are entitled to a full refund, exchange or credit for any item that is considered to have a major failure or differ significantly from that which was advertised. Faulty items purchased online are also entitled to receive a refund on shipping costs paid, including the cost of returning the item to Henry Bucks. Such refunds can only be processed using the original method of payment.

In all other cases, we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note amounting to the value of the product and not including postage costs.

Note: Due to our strict hygiene control policy, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or refunds on all underwear and swimwear purchased in store and online. This includes returns due to sizing. Should you require assistance with sizing please contact our Collins St store.
