How this information may be used

We collect your account information for internal use only and we do not share this information with our third parties. When you log into your account or register you acknowledge all privacy statements in relation to your account. We do not sell your details nor do we amend your account details without your prior given consent.

Tracking how our online services are used
We collect, and use third parties to collect and share with us, information from lots of visitors to our online services and analyse it to build up a picture of how people use our website, such as the Google Analytics cookies and Google advertising cookies. This helps us improve the services we offer. We may also give anonymous statistics about visitors to other, reputable organisations, but the information we provide will not include details that would allow these organisations to identify you.

Customization of our online services and advert targeting

Remarketing will be used by our third- party with Google analytics a feature that lets us reach people who have previously visited our website. Even if people leave your site without making a purchase, remarketing lets you reach out to these potential buyers while they browse other websites, showing them a compelling message or offer that will encourage them to return to your site and complete a purchase.

Advertising Reporting Features
We will collect cookies and information to create a profile of Audience Demographics and Interests Reporting, use Google’s DoubleClick Campaign Manager reporting, DoubleClick Bid Manager reporting, and Google Display Network Impression Reporting to fulfil our marketing initiatives. This will be only used by Henry Bucks to create future marketing campaigns and track the effectiveness of existing and past campaigns.

Marketing OPT-IN and OPT- OUT Provision
We offer you the chance to receive news and fashion updates which, depending on your preferences, we will detail with you via email, direct mail and social media channels. These include alerts for new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests, events of interest, and one-off marketing promotions. You can opt-out of receiving these updates, if you wish.

We, or our third party business partners, may also ask you if you want to receive marketing if you enter a promotion or attend an event thrown or sponsored by us.

You have the right to ask us not to use your personal information for marketing. At all times, we will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe from any service or update to which you have subscribed, if you change your mind. Whenever you receive direct marketing from us, we will tell you how to unsubscribe.

In Joining the Henry Bucks Club, you allow us to post directly to you or email you, promotional material, special invitations and invitations to comment or provide feedback on our products and service. These occasional mailings include our catalogues and magazines, invitations to our sales and special events you may like to attend. With your permission we may also record your choice of purchases to enable us to advise you personally of similar deliveries in the future.

Henry Bucks will conscientiously take all reasonable steps to ensure the information we collect and retain is current, correct and completely confidential. Your details you kindly provide are stored on a secure server and can only be accessed by authorised personnel. Any information recorded is used for our personal communications only.

Use and Disclosure
We only use personal information for the purpose which was requested of us, or for the purposes which directly relate to one of our functions or activities. We will not provide your personal information to other entities or bodies, or any other party unless one of the following applies (as per and in line with APP 6 - use and disclosure of personal information):
