Shipping & Delivery Information

Our online team aims to achieve same day dispatch for orders placed by 11AM AEST (Australia Eastern Standard Time). However, we might not be able to achieve this on all orders due to products being stored in different stores and warehouse. Our online team dispatches most orders within 5 business days depending on stock location.

Please note that during busy periods (i.e. major promotions, sale periods and Christmas) handling times may increase as we aim to fulfill all orders. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our online team and we will do everything we can to assist.

*Free standard delivery within Australia for all orders over $300.

$14.95 | Delivery within 5-10 Business Days from time of dispatch.*

Delivery will be made via Australia Post Parcel Post on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post.

Express Delivery

If you would like your order as fast as possible, express shipping is the best option.

$20.00 | Delivery within 1-3 Business Days from time of dispatch.*

Delivery will be made via Australia Post Express Post on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post.
