Full Price Returns Policy
- We will gladly accept the change of mind return or exchange of any full priced item purchase online within 30 days from purchase.
Sale Returns Policy
- Items purchased on sale can only be returned for an exchange or credit note within 30 days, we do not accept change of mind refunds on sale items unless deemed faulty.
Final Sale Items
- Except in the case of Faulty Products, Products marked as Final Sale from the sale category are not eligible for a change of mind return, size exchange, style exchange or store credit, unless deemed faulty.

How Long Will My Product Take To Arrive?
Henry Bucks strives to get orders dispatched within 7 business days depending on stock location.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Standard deliveries to metro areas take between 5-10 days and extra 1-3 days for regional areas.

*Online only products means that the item is a drop ship product.
A drop ship product is a product that we do not keep in stock physically.
