How It Works

Personal Consultation

Your experience begins with a one-on-one consultation with a Made to Measure Specialist, available in-store, at your office, or via video call.

During this session, we’ll take the time to understand your needs—whether it’s for a wedding, black-tie event, businesswear, or a seasonal wardrobe refresh.

You’ll explore a curated selection of luxury fabrics from Henry Sartorial, Corneliani, and Dormeuil, and discuss style preferences, garment details, and finishing touches.

Expert Fitting

Precise measurements are the foundation of an exceptional fit.

Your specialist will take a comprehensive set of body measurements and assess posture, stance, and movement to ensure the garment is tailored to your exact proportions.

We’ll also try on sample garments or fit models, allowing you to visualise the cut and structure of your final piece.

Garment Creation

Once your selections and measurements are finalised, your custom garment is carefully crafted by expert tailors.

This process typically takes approximately 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and fabric selection.

Throughout, our team will keep you informed and updated on progress.

Try On

When your garment arrives, you’ll return for a final fitting—either in-store or via an at-home appointment—to try on your bespoke creation.

Our team will ensure every detail is perfected. If any adjustments are needed, they’ll be promptly made to guarantee your suit fits impeccably and feels exceptional.

Wedding Consultations

During your private wedding consultation, your dedicated stylist will take the time to understand your vision and review the key details of your day to craft the perfect tailored look. Once the ideal design is confirmed, we will provide a comprehensive quote outlining all associated costs for your bespoke wedding attire.

In addition to pricing, you’ll receive a tailored timeline — including key dates for fittings, purchase, and final adjustments — to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

While there are no additional fees for wedding suits, we do recommend allowing ample time for the process. To ensure precision and peace of mind, we kindly ask that you schedule your consultation no later than 8 weeks prior to your wedding day.

All quotes remain valid for 90 days.
