Domestic Shipping

Henry Bucks strives to get orders dispatched within 7 business days depending on stock location. Delivery will be made via Australia Post on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post.

Standard deliveries to metro areas take between 5-10 days and extra 1-3 days for regional areas.

International Shipping

• Duties & Taxes:
  All duties and taxes are charged at customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Henry Bucks is not liable for any customs fees or additional charges.
  
  
• Returns:
  Returns are at the expense of the customer. Any returned items must be shipped back to our Australian address. Please note that the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Follow the link in the email or visit the Australia Post website here and enter in the tracking number sent in your order dispatch email to track your delivery.

• It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear once you receive your tracking number email. You will also receive notifications via email or text (if your mobile phone has been provided) from Australia Post with updates on your delivery.
• Please note that due to aviation security restrictions, we are unfortunately unable to send liquids such as perfumes, aerosols and gels outside of Australia.

Henry Bucks cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

*Orders will be dispatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.
